My experience has been amazing so far. It was quick and easy to get in and sign paperwork. Jermarri Turner was amazing in assisting us with everything. Including getting us in a place asap and he was a genuine joy to be around.

The Security/Courtesy Officer does such an amazing job at this apartment complex. Itâs very peaceful when heâs around and such a cool person to talk to.

I would like to leave a review for the courtesy officer. Heâs very good at his job. Very nice to the people here and it just feels so much safer for everyone in general. He doesnât hesitate when people reach out to him to come check out any concerns! heâs definitely the reason why this apartments have Became a lot safer. I hope management keeps him around More often because we really need him in these apartments It feels good to have someone patrolling and taking care of everything at late night hours thank you for making this apartment a lot better, officer olson

My experience with the management and maintenance team at this property has been very disappointing. The office manager, Raenette, is often disrespectful and unprofessional. She keeps the office locked and doesnât allow residents to come in after 10:30 AM, which makes it very difficult to address concerns or get help. Maintenance requests are rarely handled in a timely manner â most of the time, issues are ignored even after multiple work orders. Pest control is not sent out when needed, and the property does not follow through on notices or what they promise to fix. The new office staff member, Jamari, has also been rude and unhelpful when approached for assistance. Overall, communication and responsiveness from management are very poor, and residents deserve better treatment and upkeep of the property.

I just want to say how much we appreciate our Courtesy Officer and everything he does around the apartments. We see him out and about often, and it really makes us feel so much safer knowing someone is watching over the cars and the people here with good intentions. Heâs always professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, and you can tell he truly cares about keeping our community safe. It gives us peace of mind seeing him around. We definitely need him here â heâs doing a great job and makes a big difference for all of us. Thank you Mr. Olson
