Jermarri Was a great help did an awesome job explaining everything and got us in same day !!!!!

My experience has been amazing so far. It was quick and easy to get in and sign paperwork. Jermarri Turner was amazing in assisting us with everything. Including getting us in a place asap and he was a genuine joy to be around.

The Security/Courtesy Officer does such an amazing job at this apartment complex. It’s very peaceful when he’s around and such a cool person to talk to.

I would like to leave a review for the courtesy officer. He’s very good at his job. Very nice to the people here and it just feels so much safer for everyone in general. He doesn’t hesitate when people reach out to him to come check out any concerns! he’s definitely the reason why this apartments have Became a lot safer. I hope management keeps him around More often because we really need him in these apartments It feels good to have someone patrolling and taking care of everything at late night hours thank you for making this apartment a lot better, officer olson

We see him out and about often, and it really makes us feel so much safer knowing someone is watching over the cars and the people here with good intentions. Office ladies are very nice and helpful. Reenet and misty the best they get things done in a timely manner maintenance prior were not doing their job. We got a new Maintenance man Chris, which is doing an amazing job. Getting Work orders done. he goes above and beyond. When fixing things that need to be done and the apartments. This is the type of maintenance we need here at summit Benavides park that get the job done

Chris was very helpful & patient when telling him the problems with our apartment and we’re all very happy too have them as our maintenance guy .

I've been living here for two and a half years now and these apartments are great. Whenever you have a problem they come right away and fix it.Renette and Misty are two great people they always help you with all your problems whenever you need something. Never really had a problem at all these apartments.
