Worst apartment ever. Iâve been here for 4 months now and theyâre great at knocking doors like theyâre about to bust it down for late payments but canât complete the order work form I filled on my first move in day. Or ignore any calls that has to do with maintenance. Unfinished restrooms. Doors broken. Lights are missing. Half of the plug ins donât work. And all of my 3 doors need to be replaced. I let it slide at first because they were kind but I can see it was just a two face act. Talking about calling to range a payment plan but theyâre at your door 3 days later after rent is due with a vacate order. Why say call to make arrangements with a letter but deny it when people are calling. how do you expect me to pay my rent in full when you canât even complete any work done inside the apartment. That I submitted the day I moved in.

I wrote some awful stuff about this apartment I love this apartment so much what Renee and the maintenance man did they did it right away and did a good job I would recommend this place to anybody yeah you know Apartments have their ups and downs but this is a good apartment for everybody stays to herself thank you so much Renee and the maintenance man for doing a good job and God bless you guys

Horrible place to stay. The team on this property sucks especially madam. My familyâs work order has been incomplete for months. This will cost you owners thousands from a lawsuit or in damage if not addressed soon. The corporate office needs to get rid of entire. These people are destroying this place right in our faces and no one seems to care

I haven't moved in just yet but I did go in and get a tour. There was a flyer in my windshield and I came in and spoke with Raenette. She was extremely helpful and had a great personality. Also I love that there's an on site security officer round the clock that's a huge plus. Definitely considering moving into this place.
