Weâre from 18104, and I just want to take a moment to give Mike and Javi some appreciation! They have honestly been the best maintenance men weâve had. They got our referrals taken care of within a day, and that meant so much to us because weâve had other maintenance men come out, look at the property, tell us they would come back, and then we never heard from them again. Mike and Javi are completely different. They actually listen, they show up, and they make sure the job gets done. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in what they do. We truly appreciate everything theyâve done for us and couldnât be happier with their work. Theyâre absolutely amazing! â¤ï¸

New assistant manager is very friendly and we finally have maintenance that know what they are doing and not lazy like the past maintenance men. Pool is cleaned everyday Hopefully these new employees will stay for a long time and complete all pending work orders ð

This property does not have a courtesy officer and and is not a safe place especially it you have kids. Homeless ate always on property and have tried getting into my unit . The manager works by herself and keeps the office locked 90 percent of the time due to not being able to keep staff.the ac units are always getting stolen and giving out along with major leaks in the units and all raenette say is âput a bucket we are short staffedâ my neighbor has been with out ac for 2 months now and has mold in here unit . I was Talking with neighbor and we have discovered mold is a on going issue through out the property. As we walk to and from our apartment we see rat traps with dead mice on them and maintenance does not care to pick up. Raenette cares more about her boyfriend that we see her walk around property with smelling like weed. He is also known to sell weed to others around property. When i moved in the apartment it looked like it had fresh paint to only discover the y just paint over the mold
