The parking lot is full of garages not in use by anyone taking up space forcing you to park outside of the complex. It will take maintenance 2-4wks to fix your issues. Roach and mice infested and I've never had an infestation. My car got broken into 3 times within the 2yrs I lived there And I caught security looking into cars with a flashlight while he was supposedly making his rounds. Although it's gated Its safer to live in the courts.They close the pool every summer and their excuse is residents don't keep it clean or blame your guest Even though you paid for a pool pass but never get to use it because they always find some excuse to close it for the rest of the summer.No playground for kids. No bike riding on property. And they better not catch your kids outside playing because they will issue a lease violation.
I don't no a response back from the owner I've had family, friends and myself that have or still live on that property and nothing will ever change.
