Worst experience staying in these apartments, it's obvious management does not care for these apartments due to the roach infestation. They lack communication, and I put in a 60-day notice to get out of these apartments because of roach infestation and waking up to roaches crawling on me. Not to mention the reoccurrence of sewage backing up into my master bathroom, and ac not working properly, causing mold in the vents. Now, I'm being charged almost 2,000 for my early lease termination. They never told me that I would have to pay if I got out of my lease early. Don't waste your time here you will regret it

Lived here with my boyfriend and son and besides the horrible managers and maintenance men, the apartment it self was wonderful and I absolutely loved living here! There was a rat infestation though in the complex and had to have maintenance come in to exterminate them at least three times a month. The dishwasher never worked properly and the staircase handrail came off the hinges around the third month we lived here, we had reported about it a few times but nobody ever came by to fix it. Neighbors would throw their garbage on our porch and we would get in trouble and written up for it even when we had proof it wasn't ours. Stray animals also came by and probably lived at the apartment we lived in before their owners abandoned them and they would sleep on our porch and we'd still get in trouble and gotten written up because manager thought they were ours when they weren't. Called animal control so many times but they never removed the stray animals so I had to have them taken away across town on my own so the managers can stop harassing us. Although we had many issues here, I would still return because it is way better than any other apartment we've visited after moving from there. I'm sure this time would be better as long as the maintenance people and managers would leave us be. My boyfriend is also constantly working and me and my 3 yr old are always inside and stayed to ourselves and we never had parties nor had many visitors, also our rent was always paid on time sometimes even early. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to be harassing us, this issue must get fixed as soon as possible then I will be willing to give it another shot as long as they are ok with it.

The service is bad at this place. They going to have a sign stating we're open come in and the d##n door is lock. The lady walks right pass the door and act like she didn't see nobody. Then tell the maintenance guy to hand us a application to us.
