I wanted to take a moment to recognize our courtesy officer for doing such a great job around the property. Heâs always alert, professional, and makes residents feel safe and secure. Itâs clear that he takes his responsibilities seriouslyâwhether itâs patrolling the area, responding quickly to concerns, or just being visible and approachable when residents need assistance. His presence gives a real sense of comfort and reassurance, especially during late hours. We truly appreciate his dedication and the effort he puts into keeping our community safe. I hope management recognizes the great work heâs doingâbecause it definitely makes a difference for those of us who live here.

The courtesy officer is always punctual, professional, and attentive to any concerns residents have. Whether itâs helping with patrolling the grounds or any concern , he handles everything with respect and efficiency. His friendly attitude also creates a positive atmosphere in our community. Definitely one of the best parts of living here. Heâs definitely makes this place a lot safer!

The courtesy officer has been an amazing presence in our apartment community. Heâs always polite, approachable, and makes everyone feel secure. I really appreciate how he takes the time to check in with residents heâs professional, and attentive to any concerns residents have and he ensures everything is in order. Unprofessional and they waste your time. Tell you to come in but leave you hanging bc they prioritize breaks instead of appointments. Having me wastey break bc MISTY doesn't know what she's doing get it together and be more professional.
