The reason I put two stars is. I leave here for 14 years when I moved in it was great place to leave in had grass now there are rocks. I don't understand why they put them bad choices the kids keep throwing them to cars or at the apartments door plus they used to have security the gates were working where we felt safe we also paid for our garage that is broken and it hasn't been fixed yet. It's not the magers fault or the maintenance. It's the owner he is ready to charge for everything but haven't seen any approvement even that these apartments are not in a good living place now the owner that took over is charging for cable,water and sewer, we are in a low income area which is on the Westside they have homeless people that ain't supposed be in these apartments every owner that took over these apartments have been promising so many things and it's never done the owner from here needs to come down here to the Summit Benavides Park Apartments and see what we are talking about in instead he just wants to make sure he gets our money from the rent and etc. what the owner needs to do is step up and do his job. I hope that the people who lives here to start saying anything so we could see some improvement
