If I could give office lady Liz Rod's zero stars, I would. This is hands-down the worst property management experience I’ve ever had. Communication is non-existent—emails go unanswered for weeks, phone calls are ignored, and maintenance requests vanish into a black hole. When issues are finally acknowledged, they’re handled with shocking incompetence or brushed off entirely. The property manager, Liz Rod, is unprofessional, dismissive, and seems completely uninterested in the well-being of tenants or the condition of the property. Common areas are filthy, urgent repairs are delayed for months, and basic responsibilities are routinely neglected. Living under this management is a frustrating, stressful, and exhausting experience.

Horrible I don't understand how section 8 can allow there name to b associated with this place I had 3 s relatives who each had big holes on the roof due to water damage we reported it maintenance never came management be scamming tmwuth fees that make no dang sense

Horrible place to live. Two of our toilets was broken when we moved in and they never came to fix one and took them 6 months to fix the other. Our blinds were broken and they are trying to charge us for that. Our tub was also ripped up and no matter how many times we complained they never came to fix it and they are also trying to charge us for that too. When we moved in there was also A NEST of roaches and we spent nearly or more than $200 worth of roach medicine trying to get rid of them. Never worked. They would come in from outside. Our stove broke on october 10th and we reported it because it was a fire hazard and they still havent came to fix it. We are now moving out. Roaches were completely disgusting everytime we tried to kill them.

The reason I put two stars is. I leave here for 14 years when I moved in it was great place to leave in had grass now there are rocks. I don't understand why they put them bad choices the kids keep throwing them to cars or at the apartments door plus they used to have security the gates were working where we felt safe we also paid for our garage that is broken and it hasn't been fixed yet. It's not the magers fault or the maintenance. It's the owner he is ready to charge for everything but haven't seen any approvement even that these apartments are not in a good living place now the owner that took over is charging for cable,water and sewer, we are in a low income area which is on the Westside they have homeless people that ain't supposed be in these apartments every owner that took over these apartments have been promising so many things and it's never done the owner from here needs to come down here to the Summit Benavides Park Apartments and see what we are talking about in instead he just wants to make sure he gets our money from the rent and etc. what the owner needs to do is step up and do his job. I hope that the people who lives here to start saying anything so we could see some improvement .
