These apartments suck do not move here! Maintenance doesnât come to repair things and I have a bathroom sink coming off the wall from water damage and office is saying that someone sat on it! I also have a light fixture with water buildup and afraid it will catch fire and itâs been 2 months and still no one has fixed it. Iâm trying to get out of my lease and they wonât let me! The reported that I need to give 60 dayâs notice. Thereâs roaches and trash areas always nasty n the apartment 2 doors down caught fire from electrical fire almost 2 years ago n they still havenât fixed it n homeless ppl n druggies chill n hang out there and Iâm afraid at night to be outside. Iâve reported it to News 5 hopefully something will be done!

I love and enjoy living here at Summit at Benavides Park . Misty and Raenette are very helpful and always ready to assist with any issues we have .They have made living here an amazing experience..

Misty needs to be fired no communication, Abuses her power to charge people for things that aren't even they don't give you credit for nothing and I have the receipts. I like these apartments but she. Misty is very unprofessional. I don't want to move out but she's giving me no other option she makes everything so difficult I would advise no one to live move here. Misty need a lot of work and customer service classes.
